GROUP MANAGEMENT

ROHANA ROZHAN
Chief Executive Officer - MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems

Rohana joined the Group in 1995 during its start-up phase, and has been closely involved in its growth as a senior member of the management team and as CFO since its listing in 2003. She was appointed CEO for the Group's Astro DTH broadcast business in Malaysia and Brunei in May 2006. Prior to ASTRO, she was with the Unilever Group of Companies for 9 years, both in the U.K. and in Malaysia, where she gained substantial experience in financial and business management in a fast-moving consumer goods operations. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Rohana completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2006.

GRANT FERGUSON
Chief Financial Officer - ASTRO

Grant joined ASTRO as Chief Financial Officer in October 2006. He has more than 20 years experience in financial and business management, including 14 years with various international companies across Asia. Prior to joining the Group, Grant was Managing Director of Investments for Temasek Holding Pte Ltd in Singapore, with specific responsibility for the telecommunications and media sectors. He was also CFO of Total Access Communications Plc in Thailand and has held executive and director positions within the First Pacific Group in Hong Kong and Metro Pacific Corporation in the Philippines.

DATO' BORHANUDDIN OSMAN
Executive Director - Airtime Management and Programming Sdn Bhd

Borhan joined ASTRO in 1999 and has been Executive Director of AMP Radio Networks since 2001. In his current role, Borhan is responsible for the general management of ASTRO's Malaysian radio operations comprising eight terrestrial networks and 17 music channels on the Astro pay-TV platform. Borhan brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in the advertising industry, which he is sharing in his other capacity as President of Malaysian Association of Commercial Radio Operators and Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia (CMCF).

ZAINIR AMINULLAH
Executive Director - Astro Entertainment Sdn Bhd

Zainir joined Astro in 1996 and held various portfolios in Sales and Marketing before joining the Programming division in 2002. He was appointed Executive Director for Astro Entertainment Sdn Bhd in 2007 and is responsible for creating and packaging content and channels for the Bahasa speaking audience in Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. Prior to Astro, Zainir was in Shell Malaysia. He recently completed his MBA at the University of Chicago.

RAGHVENDRA MADHAV
Executive Director - India

Raghvendra joined the Group in 1996, serving in various roles in operations and business development. He currently helms the Group's activities in the South Asian region. A chartered accountant, he was previously Senior Vice President / Director with Times of India, the largest media group in India. Prior to that, he was with Price Waterhouse in New Delhi and London with the entertainment, media and communications consulting practice for 12 years.

KEN WANG
Executive Director - China

Ken Wang has been appointed Vice President & General Manager of China Operations by Celestial Pictures since March 2004, and Executive Director, ASTRO ALL ASIA NETWORKS China Operations in 2007; Ken Wang is based in Beijing and responsible for developing and implementing the Group's businesses relating to China.

Prior to joining Celestial Pictures, Ken Wang was the Chief Representative of AOL China, based in Beijing. Mr. Wang was responsible for AOL's operations in China, and is part of AOLTW China Business Council. Ken was responsible for AOL's USD 200 million JV with Lenovo. AOL Time Warner is the world's first Internet-powered media and communications company, whose industry-leading businesses include interactive services, cable systems, publishing, music, networks and filmed entertainment.

Ken Wang was previously Chief Representative of Sprint China. Ken secured opportunities with China Telecom including 9 system integration projects and building the first internet gateways in Shanghai and Beijing. Ken initiated and successfully closed the JV deal with China Unicom and Sumitomo to build a fixed-line telephone network in Tianjin. Sprint is the third largest telecommunication carrier in the United States.

Prior to moving to Beijing from New York City in 1994, Ken was heading the Sales and Marketing team under Sprint Business Management Group. Ken developed the business and gained inroad into Asian buiness community for Sprint.

Before moving to USA in 1989, Ken worked for the Ministry of Commerce after graduated from college with a BA degree in international marketing in 1986.

Born and raised in Beijing, Ken was graduated from Baruch College of New York City University with a MBA degree in 1991.

LOUIS FOO
General Manager - MEASAT Publications Sdn Bhd

Louis joined the Group in 1997. He was appointed as General Manager of Measat Publications Sdn Bhd in 2004 where he is responsible for driving the Group's publications business. He was previously General Manager for Marketing and Promotions with Airtime Management and Programming Sdn Bhd.

LAKSHMI NADARAJAH
General Counsel - ASTRO

Lakshmi oversees and manages the legal affairs of the Group. She is a graduate of the University of London (LLB, King's College and LLM, London School of Economics), and is admitted to practice in the United Kingdom, Malaysia and Australia. Prior to joining ASTRO in 2005, she was in private legal practice in Malaysia and Australia, where she focused on general corporate commercial law.
