ASTRO believes open, honest and continual dialogue with investors will enhance appreciation of the Company’s competitive strengths and positioning. Through regular contact with investors, the Company’s business prospects can be appropriately evaluated and its cost of funds when tapping the capital market, can potentially be lowered.

ASTRO also believes that communication with investors must take place in good times and bad so that shareholders are well-informed at all times. Regular updates on the Company’s performance and corporate developments are disseminated in various ways including via media releases, press conferences, quarterly financial statements and the Annual Report. In addition, ASTRO regularly participates in road-shows and investor conferences.

The Company takes due care in ensuring no disclosure of material information to person/s unless such information has already been fully disclosed in an announcement to the relevant regulators. The main forum between the Group and its shareholders is the Annual General Meeting of Members, where shareholders are given the opportunity to direct questions to the Board. The Company’s latest AGM was held on 26 July 2007.
