ROHANA ROZHAN
Chief Executive Officer - Astro TV
Rohana joined the Group in 1995 during its start-up phase, and has been closely involved in its growth as a senior member of the management team and as CFO since its listing in 2003. She was appointed CEO for the Group’s Astro DTH broadcast business in Malaysia and Brunei in May 2006. Prior to ASTRO, she was with the Unilever Group of Companies for 9 years, both in the U.K. and in Malaysia, where she gained substantial experience in financial and business management in a
fast-moving consumer goods operations. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Rohana completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2006. |

BORHANUDDIN OSMAN
Executive Director -
Airtime Management and Programming Sdn Bhd
Borhan joined ASTRO in 1999 and has been Executive Director of AMP Radio Networks since 2001. In his current role, Borhan is responsible for the general management of ASTRO’s Malaysian radio operations comprising eight terrestrial networks and 17 music channels on the Astro pay-TV platform. Borhan brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in the advertising industry, which he is sharing in his other capacity as President of Malaysian Association of Commercial Radio Operators and Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia (CMCF). |

ZAINIR AMINULLAH
Executive Director – Astro Entertainment Sdn Bhd
Zainir joined Astro in 1996 and held various portfolios in Sales and Marketing before joining the Programming division in 2002. He was appointed Executive Director for Astro Entertainment Sdn Bhd in 2007 and is responsible for creating and packaging content and channels for the Bahasa speaking audience in Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. Prior to Astro, Zainir was in Shell Malaysia. He recently completed his MBA at the University of Chicago. |

TENGKU DATO' ANUAR MUSSADDAD TENGKU MOHAMMAD
Executive Director - Astro Shaw
Tengku Anuar joined the Group in 1996. He assumed his current position in 2004 where he
is responsible for managing the Group’s filmed entertainment business under Astro Shaw.
During his tenure at ASTRO, he has served as Director of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs,
Director of Broadcast and Production Operations and as Controller of Broadcast. |

General Manager - Measat Publications Sdn Bhd
Louis joined the Group in 1997. He was appointed General Manager of Measateasat Publications Sdn Bhd in 2004 where he is responsible for driving the Group’s publications business.
He was previously General Manager for Marketing and Promotions with Airtime Management and Programming Sdn Bhd. |

RAGHVENDRA MADHAV
Executive Director, India & South Asia
MEASAT India
Raghvendra joined the Group in 1996, serving in various roles in operations and business development. He currently helms the Group’s activities in the South Asian region. A chartered accountant, he was previously Senior Vice President / Director with Times of India, the largest media group in India. Prior to that, he was with Price Waterhouse in New Delhi and London with the entertainment, media and communications consulting practice for 12 years. |

GRANT FERGUSON
Group Chief Financial Officer – ASTRO
Grant joined ASTRO as Chief Financial Officer in October 2006. He has more than 20 years experience in financial and business management, including 14 years with various international companies across Asia. Prior to joining the Group, Grant was Managing Director of Investments for Temasek Holding Pte Ltd in Singapore, with specific responsibility for the telecommunications and media sectors. He was also CFO of Total Access Communications Plc in Thailand and has held executive and director positions within the First Pacific Group in Hong Kong and Metro Pacific Corporation in the Philippines. |

LAKSHMI NADARAJAH
Group General Counsel - ASTRO
Lakshmi joined the organization as Group General Counsel in 2005 and assumed the
Company Secretary position in 2006. Prior to this, she was in private legal practice in excess
of 10 years in Malaysia and Australia. |

GRAHAM CHARLES STEPHENS
Chief Technology Officer - ASTRO
Graham joined the Group in 1995 to oversee the operational launch of Astro. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for driving new technology initiatives and investment opportunities that permit the Group to enter new markets. He has over 25 years’ experience in broadcast engineering and operations and was previously Chief Engineer and Management Director of Operations at Thames Television in the UK. |
